Electronics E-commerce Store based out in California
Our client is known & popular seller of authentic batteries / Chargers, Quality LED Flashlights across US and globe. Their previous ecommerce site has limited features and outdated design and they approached KTree to have brand new UI and more features in their ecommerce store.
Idea of the UI design was to keep it simple and let user don't get distracted with more elements. With feedback from the client KTree UI team designed initial wireframes and went through few revisions to achieve the design.
Their customer service department weren't able to do track returns in organized way and their loyal customers were unhappy about it and we came with Return merchandise authorization (RMA) system for their online store.
KTree also provides Magento Hosting for this client, along with 24/7 Automatic Monitoring for services and disk space, CPU load Consumption etc. KTree provides both Magento application support and Server Support as well.
Requirements And Challenges
One of the main requirement was improving the Magento Facets and the time its taking for filtering KTree suggested Elasticsearch and integrated Magento with ES for great search Performance.
Customize & Optmize Magento Store
New Features such as Ajax Add to Cart, Payment Integration with Multiple payment Gateways, Integration with third party marketplaces including eBay, Amazon etc were implemented in his Magento ecommerce site.
Enhancements to Order Management Process
Features such as RMA (Return merchandise authorization), customers ability to subscribe to email when item is available, Sort by Brand and multi-channel shipping solution linked with their Magento store to make their order management and shipping process easier.

Client was in need of Magento1 integrations with zendesk, Ship Station and few other functionalities, KTree has integrated few paid and few custom plugins were wrritten to support client features.
