Our customer is a home products retailer with both online and a showroom store. Since most of their products were from to Home Brands the way the display the products and brands was revenue generator. KTree worked closely with customer to understand how the end customer navigates the website and redesigned the Homepages, Brand pages , Showroom Pages and Projects page. Magento with Elasticsearch integration as well to make customer search experience flawless.
Several pages on the website like Homepage,Showroom,Pro,Projects,Category Pages,Brand Pages were redesigned with New UI as CMS templates. From the backend admin can choose these template for any page using CMS Block & Display Mode.
Custom Magento module for Customer loyalty, based on the previous customer purchase value, set of points are allocated to the customer which help to differentiate the customer to have an additional discount. Customers can avail the discount through the coupon code in their next purchase.
KTree has created custom DB Fact sync Magento module for syncing orders to DBFact. Two XML files one for orders and another for customer were created.
Requirements & Challenges
The client required a complete redesign on online store which included of the brand page ,inspiration pages,Projects page and showroom pages.And End to End Integrations were implemented with MultisafePay,DBFact,PostNL and Elasticsearch
Website Redesign
The client required a complete redesign of online store which included the HomePage, brand page ,Inspiration pages,Projects page and Showroom pages.Banners were redesigned in a way to reflect the static blocks for full width of the page.The cart Page was redesigned and optimized for Mobile display
MultisafePay and PostNL Integrations
End to End Integrations were needed with MultisafePay,PostNL and MultisafePay was integrated where authentication was provided by including an API key as HTTP Header.MultisafePay provided a seamless payment experience.Payments are processed in real time so that products can be shipped to customers . PostNL shipment method is added to the checkout, so that customers can select PostNL as there preferred shipping carrier. The user should be able to choose between all available shipping methods Offered by PostNL and Shipping labels needed to be printed
Newsletter and Loyalty Points
The existing Newsletter Subscriptions needed to be enhanced and responsive Mobile pages.Also client needed to Implement the functionality to earn loyalty points and customer should be able to see the eligible loyalty points and earned loyalty point in shopping cart page,checkout page.
Online store showed huge increase in traffic and showroom has more the footfalls expected.The design was easy and elegant for the customers to quickly review the products
KTree has implemented elastic search functionality for search ,products,filters, categories etc
All the Magento saved information(Products,banners ,filters,attributes,brands,categories) will be synced to Elasticsearch.
A scheduled cron is setup and the data from elasticsearch will be displayed in frontend
KTree also has implemented the functionality have data displayed on update.
Based on the search configuration for Individual attribute (name ,sku ,description…) products will be displayed in autocomplete dropdown
Kiyoh an online trusted Rating and Reviews platform showed Total score 9.2/10 - 412 reviews. Latest review 09/09/2018. KiyOh collects and manage customer ratings and reviews .Customers can give rating and review and publish these on their webshop. Customers can read the reviews of previous customers
This module will add the PostNL shipment method to the checkout, so that customers can select PostNL as there preferred shipping carrier. The user will be able to choose between all available shipping methods offered by PostNL. In the backoffice of Magento the admin is able to print shipping labels for the PostNL shipments and follow the status of your shipments right from the Magento back office.
KTree has integrated Multisafe payment gateway for online transaction.Direct payments are available for iDEAL, Direct Debit and Bank Transfers. The payment reference are saved in Magento and all other transaction details are saved in Gateway.
KTree Implemented Translation Module.Translate either in the front-end or back office for which you want to do translation based on Store.Manage translations from backoffice. It could be a label or warning/success or error message or button text or heading in Frontend
